James McMurtrie PE, Owner

James McMurtrie started Dynamic Civil Designs LLC in 2017 to continue providing civil engineering services to the southern Arizona land development community on an independent basis. James has been providing a broad range of engineering services in the Tucson area and southern Arizona for 16 years and has been professionally registered since 2011. FILIBERTO'S HTC

Filiberto's at Houghton Town Center is now open! Dynamic Civil prepared the Development Package plans for this development in the HTC PAD. Thanks to Nico Frichionne at One Ten REI for the work. Architecture by Intertech Architectural Interiors.

FILIBERTO'S / BLACK ROCK COFFEE

This combined development at Golf Links Rd and Pantano Pkwy consisted of a Subdivision Plat and a combined Development Package Plan. Black Rock is now open and Filiberto's will be open soon! All architecture was by Intertech. Thanks to Wayne Swan and to Nico Frichionne at One Ten REI.

EEGEE'S HOUGHTON TOWN CENTER

Dynamic prepared Development Package and processed approvals through the City of Tucson Development Services Dept. for this recently completed Eegee's drive-thru at Houghton Town Center. Architecture by CMA! Thanks to Chuck Meyer!

WHETSTONES SHADOWS LOTS 1-26

Construction on Phase 1 is complete and sold-out. Homes in Phase 2 - Lots 27-43 - are now nearing completion as well. Dynamic prepared the Subdivision Plats, Water Plans, and Street Plans.

APARTMENTS ON DRACHMAN

Construction is complete at Drachman and Mountain where Dynamic partnered with CMA architects on the demo-rebuild of the land on both sides of Drachman.

BLACK ROCK COFFEE VALENCIA

Another Black Rock Coffee is coming, Tucson! This one is on Valencia Rd near TIA. Dynamic prepared the Development Package for Site and Grading. Architecture by Intertech Architectural Interiors. Thanks to Eddy Yunkherr at Black Rock!
