LINDBERGH COVERED HORSE ARENA
Dynamic prepared the drainage and Grading Plan for this 15,000 SF covered horse arena in the La Cholla Airpark for review and approval by the Town of Oro Valley. Building erection is currently underway.
COUNT OF MONTE VISTA LOTS 1-22
This project is a Flexible Lot Development consisting of 22 townhomes in mid-town with associated public onsite water distribution and private onsite sewer collection. Construction is underway and we're excited to see this infill project taking shape.
WANDERING CREEK RESIDENCE
This will be a beautiful new home in Mountain Creek Ranch off Old Spanish Trail. Dynamic prepared the Site/Grading Plan and coordinated with Design Build Forum to obtain County approvals.
PRIME LEAF DISPENSARY
Construction on Tucson’s latest dispensary is nearly complete! Dynamic teamed-up with CMA on this demo-rebuild project. Expect to see this location at Park and Lee open for business soon!
APARTMENTS ON DRACHMAN
Construction is in full-swing at Drachman and Mountain where Dynamic partnered with CMA architects on the demo-rebuild of the land on both sides of Drachman.
HARRISON RD INERT MATERIALS LANDFILL
Dynamic successfully completed the City of Tucson's Plan Amendment process, and Planned Area Development Rezoning, for this sand and gravel pit on Harrison Rd, which will become an inert materials landfill. Mayor and Council approval of the PAD is expected in September 2020. We are happy to see it moving forward and look forward to continuing coordination with the City and the neighborhood.
